Fast Grow Fertiliser

Fast Grow Fertiliser A unique blend of Seaweed and Chicken Manure. WE SOURCE AND PELLET ALL INGREDIENTS in Ireland/Northe Both of those aims have been achieved.

I started developing Fast Grow Seaweed Fertilisers in May 2014. This has always been a market that has been dominated by large companies. As such I couldn't get involved unless I made a difference and got noticed. That meant that I absolutely had to produce a top quality product at a very good price. I also had to have a range of products that were uniquely mine to provide a stand alone range. The

re are several different brands of chicken manure fertiliser (including mine, although my chicken manure fertiliser is the only one actually sourced locally), but no other company does a fertiliser blending Seaweed and Chicken Manure giving the customer the very best 100% natural fertiliser on the market today. This was also achieved. Finally, I wanted to reduce waste to landfill by a significant amount. We have done this by over 90%. So this aim was also achieved. We launched the range in Ireland in Spring 2016, and the range was extremely well received. Our aim now is to bring our unique range to the UK in 2017 to give UK gardeners the very best fertiliser on the market. Our range can be used across all sectors of the garden. In vegetables, you can expect an increase in yield of between 30% and 40% using our Fast Grow Seaweed Plant Fertiliser so it's a perfect product for allotments. In fact, this excellent all round fertiliser can be used anywhere in your garden (flowers, roots, fruiting trees, hedging, vegetables etc) and gives excellent results. Seaweed (ours is sourced in the West of Ireland) has been used in coastal gardens for many years, and it's benefits have been well documented. It can be used to increase the shelf life of fruit and veg crops, and can promote the growth of more buds on various types of plants. Seaweed has over 70 minerals, vitamins and enzymes in it, and the chicken manure gives your plants much needed calcium, and reduces aluminium toxins in your soil. When you combine Seaweed and Chicken Manure, the resulting increase in worm and microbial activity binds soil particles together improving tilth, making it extremely good for the soil. So kickstart your garden today the organic way. Try out Fast Grow Seaweed Fertiliser. Come for the price, stay for the quality.

Hi Folks, I'm trying to get a handle on this AI stuff and see what it has to say about things, so I asked it to do a comparison between
Fast Grow Seaweed Plant Fertiliser and chemical fertilisers. The reply below has not been edited or filtered in any way, so in direct contrast with a lot of the rubbish on our feeds these days, this is actually true.
It's also not done in my style of writing (I couldn't think this up without putting in something funny, or smartassed).
The question itself is displayed behind the hashtag below here.
While it doesn't discount chemical fertilisers, it does say that for soil improvement, quality produce, and overall environmental impact the natural seaweed fertiliser is the route to take.
And if you prefer the watery, soapy spud with compacted soil, work away with the chemicals (it doesn't actually say that in so many words, but the implication is there. However, I may be taking a certain amount of poetic licence).
That's not me saying it (although in all fairness I always do), but AI sourcing information from the internet.
And before anyone comes back saying you can't believe the internet, fair enough, have at it, but get a bag of our excellent Fast Grow Seaweed Plant Fertiliser and try it out for yourself.
Go on. Give us a try. You'll be surprised.

# Fast-Grow Seaweed Fertiliser vs. Chemical Fertilisers: Which Is Best for Your Allotment?

If you’re passionate about getting the most from your allotment, you’ll already know that healthy plants begin with healthy soil. Fertilisers are often the quickest way to give crops the nutrients they need—but the choice between natural options like seaweed fertiliser and traditional chemical fertilisers can feel overwhelming. Let’s break down the differences so you can make the best choice for your growing space.

---

# # 🌱 What Is Seaweed Fertiliser?

Seaweed fertiliser is made by processing seaweed—often kelp—into a liquid or granular product. It’s been used by coastal communities for centuries, and modern versions are easy to apply directly to soil or as a foliar spray.

**Nutritional profile:**

* Packed with micronutrients such as iron, zinc, magnesium, and manganese.
* Contains natural growth hormones (auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins) that encourage strong root development and better resistance to stress.
* Improves soil structure by feeding beneficial microbes.

In short, seaweed acts less like a quick “food” and more like a soil and plant health booster.

---

# # ⚗️ What Are Chemical Fertilisers?

Chemical (or synthetic) fertilisers are manufactured products designed to deliver concentrated nutrients like nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K)—the famous NPK. They come in powders, granules, or liquids, and are formulated for fast plant uptake.

**Nutritional profile:**

* High doses of essential macronutrients (e.g., urea for nitrogen, superphosphate for phosphorus).
* Works rapidly, often greening up plants within days.
* Easy to tailor specific nutrient ratios for certain crops.

Chemical fertilisers are efficient—but they don’t directly improve soil biology or structure.

# # ⚖️ Comparing the Two for Allotment Growers

**1. Speed of Results**

* **Chemical fertilisers**: Provide almost immediate growth spurts and visible results. Perfect if crops are struggling mid-season.
* **Seaweed fertiliser**: Works more slowly, focusing on steady growth and long-term soil and plant resilience.

**2. Soil Health**

* **Seaweed fertiliser**: Enriches the soil microbiome, improving long-term fertility. Great for no-dig gardeners or anyone keen to build organic matter.
* **Chemical fertilisers**: Can lead to soil compaction or nutrient imbalances if overused, sometimes reducing microbial activity.

**3. Crop Quality**

* **Seaweed fertiliser**: Often linked with tastier, more nutrient-dense produce because of balanced micronutrients.
* **Chemical fertilisers**: Boost yields quickly but may not enhance flavour in the same way.

**4. Sustainability**

* **Seaweed fertiliser**: Renewable, biodegradable, and kinder to the environment.
* **Chemical fertilisers**: Energy-intensive to produce, with a risk of nutrient run-off polluting waterways.

**5. Cost & Convenience**

* **Chemical fertilisers**: Usually cheaper per nutrient unit and widely available.
* **Seaweed fertiliser**: Can be more expensive but may save money in the long run by improving soil health and reducing pest/disease issues.

---

# # 🌿 Which Should You Choose?

For allotment growers, the answer often lies in **balance**.

* If your priority is **long-term soil health, sustainability, and quality produce**, seaweed fertiliser is an excellent choice. It nurtures your allotment ecosystem while still giving your plants the boost they need.
* If you need a **quick fix for struggling crops**, chemical fertilisers can provide a rapid rescue. But they’re best used sparingly and strategically.

Many experienced growers actually **combine the two**—using seaweed fertiliser as a regular tonic and applying small amounts of chemical fertiliser only when crops show signs of deficiency. This hybrid approach provides both immediate support and lasting soil improvement.

# # 🌻 Final Thoughts

Think of chemical fertilisers as a strong cup of coffee for your plants—they’ll perk up fast but won’t thrive on caffeine alone. Seaweed fertiliser, on the other hand, is more like a balanced diet—supporting steady, resilient growth.

For most allotment gardeners, especially those who care about soil health and sustainability, seaweed fertiliser deserves a central role. By building healthier soils and hardier plants, you’re investing not just in this season’s harvest, but in many fruitful years to come.
