Full time cafe/restaurant manager in Bridgewater Shopping Centre in Arklow.
Candidates must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday.
The role would oversee and manage day to day operations of an busy breakfast and lunch cafe.
Main Responsibilities:
Excellent attention to detail in relation to the day to day running of the catering operations.
Ensuring high standard of quality & service are achieved.
Hire and train new wait staff and baristas
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Train staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
Requirements:
A self-starter that can act on their own initiative.
Strong leadership qualities.
Effective strategic management skills.
Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office.
Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
