Gluten-free? Any melt or toastie on our menu can come on a homemade gluten-free bap instead of a bagel or sourdough 🥯

We've spent many months perfecting this recipe to offer a tasty homemade alternative for gluten-sensitive customers.

These colder mornings call for porridge✨️🥣

New to our winter menu is a creamy porridge bowl topped with stewed apple and cinnamon, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkling of walnuts. It's also dairy free, vegan, and gluten free.

(Please note, we are very careful but our kitchen also handles gluten).

✨️New artwork on the walls at Box & Bean! ✨️🎨

Our latest guest artist is Lana Plaate. Originally from Latvia, Lana now calls Ennistymon home.

She describes her work as "Painting is where I get lost in my own world, expressing through my art the things I can't always put into words"

Pop in to the cafe sometime soon and check out her fascinating pieces, which are all available to purchase.

As always, we're delighted to showcase the work of local artists, so if you'd like to exhibit your work on our guest artist wall, we'd love to hear from you 🧡

Our August & September Guest Artist✨️🎨

We're delighted to welcome to our guest artist wall at Box & Bean.

Based in Ennistymon, Eva's work explores the relationship between the physical and spiritual realms, inviting a deeper connection to both while bridging the gap between the seen and unseen. Her practice is rooted in a ceremonial approach to painting, guided by ritual, meditation, and an intuitive creative process.

If you're calling in for a coffee over the next couple of months, take a moment to enjoy Eva's beautiful work. Her paintings are available to purchase, and she also offers prints and personal soul paintings.

We're always looking to support local artists, so if you'd like to exhibit your work on our guest artist wall, we'd love to hear from you. Just call in or send us a DM to find out more 🧡
