We offer a comprehensive range of food from breakfast, scones and jam for mid-morning and a full range of main dishes served with either salad or baked jacket potato throughout the day. We also serve tasty home baked desserts and a selection of confectionery and beverages. TAKE-AWAY MEALS
In addition to our regular daily dishes at Poppies, we also offer takeaway menu and hope that you like the new salads and main courses. These takeaway menus are an exciting new venture for Poppies and are specially made for people who would rather enjoy a meal than prepare one.

Five years ago, the decision was taken to install a pedestrian area in the village and despite many false dawns, it’s now finally happening. The contractor is starting next week and there will be disruption for the next 10 weeks, all businesses plan to remain open during the process. We will of course keep you informed along the way. We are hoping to get dates for each phase shortly but it looks like we won’t be affected till November.
