Straight from the ELY kitchen…

Black Angus bavette steak with Café de Paris butter. Pretty good on its own, but even better with the right glass of w**e 👌

For a classic option, we’d go for a Northern Rhône Syrah. Dark fruit, a little peppery spice & a lovely match for the steak.

Fancy mixing things up? Try a white Burgundy… A little unexpected, but the richness & freshness work beautifully with that Café de Paris butter!

And with hundreds of w**es to choose from, there’s no shortage of options. Just ask us, we love a good pairing!
