My one-year term as a school chef is almost complete – roll on 2nd year in August! 🎉 I'm currently working part-time at TiLinn cafe - Slieve League Cliffs Centre🧑‍🍳❤️ I'm so happy with this lovely change after returning to ATU to finish my Professional Chef course 💕 My outside catering service will be temporarily closed as I'm quite busy – thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful support 💖 I'll keep you, my lovely customers, updated. I picked up fresh haddock, red mullet, and Donegal Bay prawns from Molloy Fish in Killybegs. To enhance their delicate flavors and preserve their original texture, I steamed the red mullet and prawns to perfection, making them absolutely delightful. I also prepared the haddock as traditional fish and chips, creating a mouthwatering feast. Holding the dish in front of the stunning photos by Brian Campbell and Alan Hennigan, I’m thrilled to share this exquisite culinary experience with the wonderful folks at Foodeli Kathy and all the food lovers in our community!
