Quite a few people have been asking about the rice we use and how we cook it!

The rice cooker we use in the food truck is much bigger because we’re cooking huge quantities every day. But this is the one I use at home, and honestly, it’s brilliant.

We are blessed to have worked in the most wonderful place! has opened so many new doors for us and i will for ever be thankful. To my amazing staff - i love you all more than you can imagine- so excited for our new chapter! To every beautiful human that came along to support my little business - thank you thank you thank you 🙏 To the other vendors who have definitely become like a second family to us - and we love you guys!!!
