Carmel and I would like to take this time to inform everybody about our appointments as head of both culinary and food and beverage teams at the newly restored Bridge House in Kilkenny City Centre.
We are delighted to be joining with the Neville Group of hotels to bring our unique style , culinary expertise and impeccable service to this historical landmark Kilkenny building.
We would like to take this time to thank all guests who have dined with us in the beautiful surroundings of Creamery House over the past number of years and both carmel and I, Phoebe and Kayleigh look forward to seeing familiar faces and new faces in The Bridge House in the coming weeks to showcase the wonderful restoration the Neville group has done to bring one of Kilkenny’s finest buildings back to life.
