We're Hiring!!

Now taking applications for a number of positions across our shops and kitchen:

• Full Time Supervisor.

• Full Time Barista.

• Part Time weekend staff for our shops.

• Part Time Kitchen staff for weekend work.

Our permenant staff generally only work 1 day of the weekend.

Competitive Pay.

Coffee Experience not essential as training will be provided. Hospitality experience a bonus.

Soft launch of our homemade focaccia sandwiches today in both shops.

We’ll have a meat and vegetarian option available on Thursday and Friday only this week from 10.30am. Limited supply while we find our feet.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get this right. We’ve listened to our customers — sandwiches are finally here at DRIP.

3 years at the top of Ross square! Where has the time gone?

We’re just grateful to everyone who has come through the door. We’d have no business if it wasn’t so well supported by the community.
Building a community space has always been the goal. We need more community spaces in rural communities.

There have been ups. There have been downs. I wouldn’t change a thing. The good news is we’ve extended our lease so we’ll continue to be part of the community in Ross for a long time to come.

Thank you to our customers and our hard-working team for making this dream a reality. Keep moving forward.

We’re excited to finally launch our own exclusive DRIP Coffee 🇧🇷☕️

Roasted exclusively for DRIP, you won’t find this anywhere else. It is an 85 point, single origin, natural # Brazilian coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and a touch of sweetness. We’ve spent a long time working on this coffee and we genuinely think our customers are going to love it.

We are doing a special introductory offer for our 1st edition bags: €28 per kg while stocks last. Regular price €35. We’ll have retail bags soon!
