Say hello to Phoebe, one of our brilliant waitresses, who joined us back in December.
Always bubbly, always smiling, and never afraid of a bit of pressure, especially when the chefs are sending food flying out of the kitchen 😅
Phoebe works hard, keeps the food moving, and always copes like a pro.
When it comes to her favourites on the menu, she couldn’t pick just one starter, it’s a tie between the dim sums and chicken satay. For mains, she recommends the duck breast, and for dessert there was no hesitation… "Sticky toffee pudding" all the way!
