Our honey is raw which means there is a minimal disturbance to its natural form. It tastes like golden goodness and aids in healing sore throats, tickling coughs and even wounds.

Perfect on a bowl of porridge 🥣 or add it to your baking as a substitute to sugar cane.

Hello 👋

We have decided to take a break from breeding for the 2026 season in the hopes that we can restructure how we do things. Change takes time and we need a bit of it to make sure beekeeping is affordable for everyone.

Thank you to all the returning customers who purchase our bees every year but please bear with us 💚

Our honey will still be flowing and sold in the usual shops 🍯 nothing changes there.

What are we up to these days? 🤔

Last week we remarked all the queens in our overwintered nucs. 2024 queens are identified by their green marking 💚

For the next few weeks, before they are collected by customers, they will become stronger on the Oilseed R**e. The food collected from the Oilseed R**e flower prompts the queen to lay more eggs and so they are full of stores and full of bees when they are sold.

We will also be moving nucs that are too strong into hives which is what you can see in this first photo.

Every winter, I use the wax from our honey harvest to produce beeswax candles.

I love making them because it gives me joy during the darker winter months and between my working seasons.
