Breakfast Quesadilla- Stuffed tortilla wrap with O’Neills sausages, black and white pudding, rashers, scrambled egg, melted cheese and relish! With a side of smashed avocado and spicy beans!

Turkish Scramble- Soft scrambled eggs in a spiced tomato sauce on sourdough toast topped with feta cheese, served with a side salad and potato cubes!

Irish Smoked Sausage Gyro- Irish smoked sausage with hummus, lettuce, chopped salad and chips in a flatbread with a yogurt sauce, served with side salad!

Smoked Salmon Bagel- Smoked salmon mousse, cucumber and red onion on a bagel topped with capers with goats bridge Irish trout caviar, served with side salad and potato cubes!

Brew Stop Chicken Sandwich- Fried chicken done in a sweet buffalo sauce, lettuce, coleslaw, pickled red cabbage on a brioche bun, served with chips and side salad!
