Tea season is officially open! 🍂☕️

Even though I’m a firm believer that tea is an all-year-round drink, there’s just something different about it in autumn.

When the weather gets cooler, the days get darker and evenings start feeling a little slower… a warm cup of tea suddenly becomes a whole little ritual again.

Loose leaf tea is “too much work”… or is that just the excuse we’ve been telling ourselves? 👀🫖

Strainer, infuser, fill-your-own tea bag, teapot - pick whatever works for you.

You’re boiling the kettle either way.

The difference? Better tea. 🌿

Loose leaf doesn’t have to be complicated. You just have to stop pretending the tea bag is saving you loads of time. 😂

IIf you didn't notice, each tea bag has recommendations for the temperature and how long to brew your tea! It does make a big difference for the flavour 🍵🫖

Some people bring water… I bring a teapot 🌿🧊

Our Green Menthos Tea, with refreshing spearmint, makes a light and cooling iced tea that’s perfect for warm summer days.

How to make it:

• Add 4–5 teaspoons of Green Menthos Tea to 1 litre of water heated to 75–80°C.

• Brew for 2–3 minutes, then strain and allow it to cool completely.

Fill your glass with plenty of ice, pour in the chilled tea and add:

🌿 Fresh mint
🍋 Lemon or lime slices
🍯 A little honey, if you prefer it sweeter (add honey to hot tea, before cooling it down)

Fresh, minty and incredibly refreshing, this might become your new favourite way to drink menthos tea.

Breaking the myth that green tea is only meant to be enjoyed hot 🍑🧊

This Nectarine & Peach Green Tea is light, fruity and so refreshing served over ice, perfect for warm summer days.

How to make it:

• Add 5–6 teaspoons of tea to 1 litre of water heated to 75–80°C.
• Leave it to brew for 2–3 minutes, then strain and allow it to cool completely for a few hours.
• Fill a glass with plenty of ice, pour over the chilled tea and add fresh peach or nectarine slice.

☝️You can also add a little honey while the tea is still warm, or a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness.

Green tea doesn’t always have to be hot, sometimes it’s even better cold. 🍑✨

Is it a coffee? Is it a dessert? At this point, I don’t really care. 😂

Lots of vanilla ice cream, around 200 ml of milk and a double espresso - because this amazing Irish summer deserves more than just an ordinary iced coffee.

Calories don’t count during a heatwave 🤫… I’m pretty sure that’s the rule. ☀️🍦☕
