We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, confident, and experienced chef to assist in the running of our daily bar and function room food service. We offer a daily food service consisting of breakfast, lunch & dinner and often cater for a variety of events including birthdays, funerals, and family functions.

The successful applicant will have previous experience and be required to:

• Managing a busy kitchen on a solo basis with the support of kitchen staff
• Creating and Setting menus and support in food pricing
• Ordering and monitoring supplies
• Rostering staff (Initial support can be provided)

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative menus and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
