A crespella is often mistaken for its French cousin, the crêpe. Ours makes the distinction clear. Finished in the woodfired oven for a delicate caramelised edge, then layered with parmesan custard and long pepper caramel, it's a study in restraint and technique. Three new desserts, one philosophy: intentionally made.

Poached Meringue, Passion Fruit Curd, a whisper of ginger, light and fresh, when you want something that lingers gently.

Croissant Flan, made from our own croissant trimmings, finished with Chantilly cream and brown butter, buttery and rich, when nothing else will do.

Chocolate Fondant, 70% dark, paired with Sourdough Gelato born from a collaboration with ETTORE GELATO , indulgent, but never too sweet.
