"I was born from Arabica cherry mix varietals cultivated at altitudes of 1,200–1,900 masl on the slopes of Mount Wayang. With naturally high sugar content, I undergo a carefully designed control fermentation, where temperature, pH, and microbial activity are precisely monitored to ensure stability and clarity of flavor. My journey continues with the honey process, allowing the mucilage layer to remain and intensify my inherent sweetness while adding depth and complexity.

Once brewed, I greet you with a refreshing citrus aroma. My character unfolds into bold orange and lemon acidity, bright and vibrant, harmonized with the gentle sweetness of brown sugar. My mouthfeel is light yet elegant, delivering a cup with remarkable clarity and balance.

I shine best through filter brewing methods such as V60, pour‑over, or your favorite dripper, where my brightness and natural harmony can be fully appreciated."
