This is one way to enjoy GROM:
GROM Vanilla + Apple Galette ... It will definitely tantalize your senses! 😋

Ingredients of Apple Galette:
- 190g all-purpose flour plus more for work surface
- 30 gram corn flour
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 142 g cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 60ml ice cold water

Filling & Topping
- 2 – 3 large apples, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices (about 4–5 cups slices)
- 50g packed light or dark brown sugar
- 12g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (to prevent apple browning)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- salted caramel sauce
- egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 water

There are so many good TV series nowadays to choose from Netflix, Disneyplus, and/or other platforms. Whether the preference is to watch Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, or Western series, the experience is definitely that much more pleasing when the presence of favorite gelato is within reach.

Don’t settle in your sofa just yet before ordering your favorite gelato. Make sure the gelato is re-freezed for a few hours before consumption.
