As this year comes to an end, we look back on the season behind us.

A season shaped by small, everyday moments - and by milestones that changed everything.

Being recognised by the Michelin Guide.
Finding ourselves ranked among the top 1% worldwide on TripAdvisor.
And opening our doors to host our very first retreat, Protok.

This past weekend we had the incredible opportunity to host our very first retreat — PROTOK.
And honestly, it was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience. A true honor.

We welcomed our guests with open arms, created custom-made menus — from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
One of the highlights? A special cooking night with our chef Dragan, where we shared a few of our favorite tricks and dishes straight from the Franka kitchen.

Every table was set with love and attention to detail — from the flowers to the smallest touches that make all the difference.

Moments like these remind us how much heart and effort goes into what we do, every single season.
And seeing it all come to life this weekend — that’s the real reward.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made this experience unforgettable.
