This is our Lavender French cocktail — a perfect way to use this syrup, which you can make like this:

Lavender Simple Syrup (1 L)

Ingredients:

• 500 ml water
• 500 g white sugar
• 20–25 g dried culinary lavender flowers
• 2 g citric acid (or 15 ml fresh lemon juice).
