Apartmani Matijević Ivan Dolac Ivan Dolac, malo mjesto na južnoj strani Hvara, zapadno od Zavale smješteno je 10 km od Jelse, 20 km od Starog Grada i 38 km od grada Hvara.

S ostatkom otoka je povezan tunelom duljine 1.5 km. Zahvaljujući najvećim brojem sunčanih satu u Hrvatskoj i strmim vinorodnim padinama južne strane otoka Hvara na ovome području se dobiva grožđe od kojeg se prave vina najviše kvalitete. Ivan Dolac je osnovan u 15. stoljeću a tragovi tipične dalmatinske arhitekture vidljivi su na svakom koraku. Osim dobrim vinima, Ivan Dolac se ponosi i čistim okolišem, punim aromatičnog bilja, te ostalom mediteranskom florom. Iz mjesta se pruža prekrasan pogled na otočić Šćedro i otok Korčulu, te na mnogobrojne malene, dražesne, prirodne plaže s bijelim kamenim oblucima ili pijeskom, uvale i rtove koji svakom gostu mogu omogućiti da u miru i samoći ili u krugu obitelji i prijatelja doživi ugodno i nezaboravno kupanje u besprijekorno čistom moru. Ivan Dolac is a tourist village situated on the southern part of the island Hvar, 10 km from Jelsa, 20 km from Stari Grad and 38 km from the town of Hvar.
