Good day everyone. Yesterday was another nice day with sun and a bit of the Caribbean Trade winds. The needle on the old thermometer got to about 91°F (32.8°C). Today is a bit hazy, mostly sunny with only a few clouds around. It looks like another beautiful day here in the Caribbean.

There are no ships at the Port of Roatan today as seen in the photos taken just now from Uno Mas Roatan.

There are also no ships at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.

Good day everyone. Yesterday was a nice day with mostly sunny skies and warm. The needle on the old thermometer got to about 90°F (32.2°C). Today is fairly clear with a few clouds around. It looks like it will be another beautiful day here in the Caribbean.

There are no ships at the Port of Roatan today as seen in the photos taken just now from Uno Mas Roatan.

There are also no ships at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.

For Sale By Owner

As I know you are all aware, Uno Mas Roatan is for sale by owner for only $199,000 US.

For that price you get a renovated restaurant/bar that can be used for whatever you desire. It comes with almost everything you need to open. It just needs a couple small things done that were left to the new owners as they may want it laid out differently than we had planned. The permits are included also for the Bar. A list of what is included can be found at our link below.

Not only do you own the land, building, get permits and a business with pretty much everything needed to open, you also get a renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom fully furnished apartment below to either live in, rent or even have your manager or employee live in. It is up to you! All you need are your clothes and toothbrush, even the plates stay!

And I know everyone keeps asking why we didn't or don't just open, the honest answer is that after renovations were completed to the point they are at (I would say 90%) I realized I am not the right person to own a bar/restaurant and I am not a great people person and I quit drinking 25 years ago and not sure the temptation is what I need in my life. There is so much potential with the thousands (no exaggeration!!) of visitors going to the Mayan Eden just down the road.

Good day everyone. Yesterday was another sunny and beautiful day here with the needle on the old thermometer getting to about 92°F (33.3°C). We had a very brief sprinkle this morning, but now it is mostly sunny with a few clouds and I think it will be another beautiful day here in the Caribbean.

There are no ships at the Port of Roatan today as seen in the photos taken just now from Uno Mas Roatan.

There are also no ships at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.

The Carnival Celebration (max. 6,500 passengers per Wikipedia) and the Carnival Paradise (max. 2,040 passengers per Wikipedia) are at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.

The needle on the old thermometer got to about 91°F (32.8°C) yesterday. Today we have sun, with clouds and maybe even some more rain but not sure about the rain, it should be another beautiful day here in the Caribbean.

The Carnival Jubilee (max. 6,631 passengers per Wikipedia) is also at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.

Good day everyone. Yesterday was a cooler and wetter day with more clouds than sun. It did not rain all day, just a couple times but was overcast most of the rest of the time. The needle on the old thermometer only got to about 87°F (30.6°C). Today is more sun again with a few clouds around and pretty calm. It should be a beautiful day here in the Caribbean.

One of the two largest cruise ships in the world, the Icon of the Seas (max. 7,600 passengers per Wikipedia), is at the Port of Roatan today as seen in the photos taken just now from Uno Mas Roatan.

There are no ships at the Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay) Port today.
