DHYC 作為一間手工點心專門店，
我們一直致力於推廣及傳承
人手製作點心的這們手藝和文化，隨着時代的轉變，
大部份餐廳吃到的點心都是
一式一樣的工廠製作，相信不久的將來
這些工廠更會全面變成人工智能和機械人去製作

無論閣下對點心製作是全無經驗或已有相當的認識，只要在
劉老師傅指導下，就能做出有水準而又色、香、味俱全的各種
中式特色點心 、糕餅。

點心工作坊會由點心老行尊-劉樹仁師傅指導，現年70多歲的她入行超過50年，除了香港更曾遠赴英國日本越南等多地擔任顧問，經驗豐富
