首先，在此感謝各位一直以來支持 AMS BAKES LTD 的顧客朋友。

今日下午，本公司留意到 NAT BAKE TIME LTD 的一則重要聲明，內容提及本公司條款出現問題，更表示曾嘗試聯絡本公司，但並未得到回覆。

本公司對事件感到非常抱歉，現以開放和謙卑的態度，向大眾清楚交代及致歉：
1.條款內容的失誤並誠懇致歉
AMS BAKES LTD剛成立初期，缺乏相關經驗，一直處於摸索階段，故由朋友好意協助建立社交平台和撰寫條款內容，遺憾地本公司亦沒有詳細核對內容字眼，造成大眾混淆及誤會。
現即時全面刪除有關內容，並親自重新撰寫稍後上載到網頁，對此造成 NAT BAKE TIME LTD 的困擾與影響，本公司難辭其咎，在此衷心致歉。

2.立即處理及跟進
本公司在獲悉 NAT BAKE TIME LTD 發出「重要聲明」後2小時，即時以WhatsApp聯繫對方，並獲得回覆。
對方表示曾於2024年5月聯絡我們，但我們翻查所有社交平台（WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook 等）都未能找到相關訊息紀錄，並提供了一切證據，但訊息未能成功送達或被系統過濾，本公司深感抱歉，亦理解為對方帶來不便。本公司無意為NAT BAKE TIME LTD 2024年5月發出的善意提醒無視，本公司再一次向NAT BAKE TIME LTD 致歉。
3.改善和進步
往後本公司會更謹慎、更加倍用心經營，AMS BAKES LTD是一個仍在學習中的小品牌，難免有不足的地方。
是次事件讓我們深深反思，未來會更嚴謹檢視所有對外內容，更主動聆聽意見，不會讓同類事情再發生。

Thank you to everyone who has supported AMS BAKES LTD.

Today we saw an important statement from NAT BAKE TIME LTD, mentioning issues with our terms and a lack of response from us. We’re truly sorry for the confusion caused.
1. Regarding Our Terms
When we started AMS BAKES LTD, we lacked experience and a friend helped set up our platforms and write the terms. We failed to double-check the wording, which led to misunderstandings. We’ve now removed the content and will rewrite it ourselves. We sincerely apologise to NAT BAKE TIME LTD.
2. Communication Efforts
We contacted NAT BAKE TIME LTD within 2 hours of seeing their post and received a reply. They said they tried to contact us in May 2024. We couldn’t find their message on any of our platforms, but we understand it may not have gone through. We regret the missed communication and never meant to ignore them.
3. Our Commitment
We’re still learning and growing as a small brand. This situation has taught us a lot. We’ll be more careful with our content and open to feedback to avoid similar issues in the future.

We sincerely apologise to NAT BAKE TIME LTD, their customers, and everyone concerned. We’re committed to doing better and earning back your trust.
