We’ve set aside a dedicated dog-friendly zone in our indoor dining area, so every guest — two legs or four — can relax and enjoy the meal.

·       Furry friends must stay leashed, off the tables, and dining from their own bowl — not directly off our reusable utensils
·       Owners: you’re on clean-up and supervision duty
·       A little barking is fine, a lot is not — let’s keep the peace for fellow diners
·       We reserve the right to ask any dog showing aggressive or disruptive behaviour to take a breather outside
·       Dog seating is subject to availability, advance booking is highly recommended (tail wags don’t guarantee a table!)

There’s a reason this dish never leaves our menu. Fresh clams, sautéed in garlic and a generous glug of white wine until they open and release their briny essence— that’s the base of everything good here. A kick of chilli, a squeeze of lemon, a scattering of Italian parsley, and spaghetti tossed through until every strand is coated in that clam-and-wine broth. No cream, no shortcuts — just the classic Neapolitan way.

蒜香白酒蜆肉意粉一直穩坐我哋嘅人氣榜首，唔係冇原因嘅。新鮮蜆肉落鑊，同蒜蓉一齊爆香，再加入白酒略煮至蜆殼張開，釋放出鮮甜蜆汁——呢個就係整道菜嘅靈魂所在。加少少辣椒提味、擠一點檸檬汁、灑上意大利芫茜，再落意粉一齊拌炒，每一條粉都掛滿咗蜆汁同白酒嘅鮮味，純正那不勒斯風味。

口感清爽唔油膩，好適合香港天氣；鮮味十足、鹹香惹味，同香港人鍾意海鮮嘅口味不謀而合；一大碗蜆殼鋪滿枱面，賣相又豐盛又有派頭。配一杯凍檸茶或者清爽酒飲，就係一頓完美嘅悠長午餐。

🤌🏼 🍳When Auntie Maria serves her signature Breakfast Carbonara for brunch, life instantly feels better. Available for set brunch as well as for à la carte, the al dente spaghetti is generously tossed in a rich, silky sauce made with crispy Roman guanciale and freshly cracked black pepper, then crowned with a perfectly fried sunny-side-up egg whose golden yolk breaks and cascades over the pasta like liquid gold. Every bite delivers comforting Italian warmth — creamy, savoury, and deeply satisfying, turning a simple weekend brunch into a truly hearty and joyful feast.

招牌早餐卡邦尼意粉用彈牙意大利麵拌以羅馬風乾豬頰肉及黑胡椒，最後蓋上一隻煎得軟滑流心的太陽蛋。當金黃蛋黃緩緩流出，與濃郁的 guanciale 油脂和黑胡椒融合，帶來層次豐富的鹹香口感，讓人一吃就停不下來，充分感受到意大利阿姨的熱情烹調方式。

Pillowy ricotta + spinach ravioli, swimming in a bright tomato and basil sauce that’s fresh, herby, and ridiculously comforting. It’s the kind of dish that looks innocent… then disappears fast.
