Celebrate this Mid-Autumn Festival with HKUAA’s Artisan Handcrafted P**n Choi — lovingly prepared by Executive Chef Lai Ka-wing and his culinary team using time-honoured traditional techniques.

Featuring a sumptuous selection of premium ingredients — dried scallops, abalone, dried oysters, sea cucumber, king prawns, black moss, roast duck, poached chicken, braised pork belly, and dace fish meat — this festive centrepiece symbolises reunion, abundance, and togetherness.
