There is an interesting ecosystem in Brazil’s coffee terraces, where Jacu Birds are found. They consume the ripest cherries, excrete and produce the rare Jacu Bird Coffee, and also help dispense coffee seed, contributing to forest regeneration and the health of the ecosystem.
