Between exclamations of “OMG! This tastes SO good!” and “What did you think of that book?” Christina has been heard throughout our happy little halls the past couple of months. She’s made herself known to strangers and regulars alike, and not least of all, our wine list. ;) It’s everything we love about Crushed, a cozy spot where friends, new and old, can come together over a glass of wine and some bites. So, cheers to Christina, we’ll miss you when you’re gone. 💛

*She’s not dying, she’s just moving back to Portland. At least she’ll have plenty of wine to fill the space we’ll be leaving.

Nothing beats the heat like burrata, babes! Served chilled with a tangy apricot sauce, it’s the best way to cool off. Not usually served with bread but we won’t blame you for ordering a side to mop up all that creamy, dreamy goodness.
