About Us:
Join the team at Paradise Plates, a Guyanese fusion restaurant and bar, known for its fantastic food, vibrant atmosphere! We’re looking for passionate individuals to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take food/drink orders accurately.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell specials/desserts.
• Process payments using our POS system efficiently.
• Maintain clean tables, dining areas, and stocked stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service.
Qualifications:
• Previous serving experience preferred (especially in casual/banquet] settings).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
