First Chocolate Ice Cream Festival in Thessaloniki
Blé and Callebaut® – Belgium’s leading chocolate house – join forces in a unique collaboration dedicated to ice cream and chocolate.
On June 18 & 19, 16 unique chocolate gelato flavours, inspired by the heart of Blé’s 100% natural gelateria philosophy, will be unveiled. Blé opens its doors to an event dedicated to natural ice cream and chocolate.
The Concept
Historic chocolates from world-leading bean-to-bar chocolate maker Callebaut®, along with single-origin chocolates from around the world, are combined with Blé’s ice cream – its philosophy and ingredients that define all its departments – giving their unique signature to 16 exceptional flavour proposals.
Naturalness, authenticity, and locality of premium raw ingredients meet top-tier chocolates to create flavours that will be tasted for the first time in our city, in an experience dedicated to ice cream and chocolate lovers.
The foundation of Blé’s ice cream remains absolute purity, the complete absence of artificial flavours, aromas, and colourings, as well as the use of fresh milk from the American Farm School and Mt. Athos early-harvest olive oil in every flavour.
Thus, alongside Blé’s most famous Equador and Belgian milk chocolate with chocolate chunks, and the Cubano, at least 16 more unique flavours will now be added, rotating weekly in Blé’s display cases.
