Kosta doesn't just run the Blue Sardine in the summer, he has a whole other business on the mainland!
His other hustle is his pride and joy, the Pa Organic Vineyard on the mainland, in North Western Greece, near the city of Kozani, Macedonia province.
H'es busy closing up shop as we speak, so will be heading to the island shortly to set up the Taverna for the summer, which takes a few days. As with everything Kosta does at his pace, he does not have an exact opening date yet.

Looking forward to welcoming guests to the taverna from early June onwards!
