On September 12, Manari hosts Nick Bramham from Quality Wines, London for a proper evening around the fire, with generous cooking, good w**e, full tables, and the kind of atmosphere that tends to take on a life of its own.
Expect dishes for sharing, glasses for refilling, and flavours that move between the Mediterranean coastlines that inspire Nick’s cooking - Marseille, Athens, Seville, Palermo - before landing, very happily, at Manári.
