🇮🇹 Φέτος ξεκινάμε τη σεζόν με νέο όνομα: Carla Bio Organic & Kitchen.
Αλλά αυτό που θέλουμε να προσφέρουμε μένει ίδιο: φιλοξενία, ζεστασιά και φαγητό φτιαγμένο με μεράκι.
Δεν μας αρέσει η βιασύνη.
Μας αρέσει ο κόσμος να κάθεται, να χαλαρώνει, να νιώθει σαν στο σπίτι του — με καλή παρέα, κουβέντα, ένα ποτήρι βιολογικό κρασί και γεύσεις που δεν βρίσκει εύκολα στο νησί.
Ο Luca είναι ξανά μαζί μας, φέρνοντας συνταγές από τη Ρώμη, Pinsa Romana, αυθεντικές μακαρονάδες και νέες ιδέες που θα δοκιμάζουμε κατά τη διάρκεια της σεζόν.
Σας περιμένουμε στην όμορφη αυλή μας, όπως πάντα:�με υπομονή, με φροντίδα και με φαγητό που φτιάχνεται για να το μοιράζεσαι.

This year, we begin the season with a new name: Carla Bio Organic & Kitchen.
But what we want to offer remains the same: hospitality, warmth, and food made with care and love.
We don’t like rushing.
We love when people sit, relax, and feel at home — with good company, conversation, a glass of organic w**e, and flavours that are not easy to find on the island.
Luca is back with us, bringing recipes from Rome, Pinsa Romana, authentic pasta, and new ideas that we’ll be trying throughout the season.
We are waiting for you in our beautiful courtyard, as always:�with patience, with care, and with food made to be shared.
