At Daphne's Club we use from Αγρόκτημα Αντωνόπουλου , the first Greek farm to be certified organic, with certification No1! We use their yellow country flour (χωριάτικο) and their wholemeal zea flour (ζέας) for our delicious bread (+our own homemade ) and their white wheat flour for our delicious cakes!

The Antonopoulos brothers have a mission: to preserve live native Greek varieties that were in danger of being lost to cultivation, giving them a place again in the field, in production and in nutrition. After many years of effort and systematic work, the Antonopoulos Farm operates as official Conservator of indigenous local cereal varieties, which are registered in the National and European Catalogue of Varieties. This ensures their preservation, purity and continuation of cultivation.
