Did you know that around 90% of the ingredients we use are locally sourced?

From fresh produce and herbs to the ingredients we use to create our house-made syrups, we choose local whenever possible. Sourcing consistently on an island can be challenging — availability changes, seasons change — but we believe it’s worth the extra effort.

And we’re taking it even further. 🌱 We’re growing some of our own vegetables and herbs, bringing ingredients from our garden directly into our kitchen.

Our food is made with love, creativity and respect for Grenada’s incredible produce. Our cocktails tell the same story.

One of Central Europe’s most beloved comfort foods, our Pierogi are delicate handmade dumplings filled with creamy potato and cheddar cheese, then finished with crispy bacon, crispy onion and fresh green onions.

Simple, authentic, and full of flavour—just like generations have enjoyed them.

At Bohemian Heights, we bring European soul to the Caribbean, one bite at a time.
