Introducing our 🇳🇮 Nicaragua – Bethania Hortensia (Washed) — a beautifully expressive light roast that’s everything we love about Central American coffee.
Grown high in the mountains of Nueva Segovia by sisters Martha and Ana Alvir, this cup is all about balance and clarity. Think “praline sweetness, soft caramel, and a delicate redcurrant brightness” that opens up as it cools… all wrapped in a silky, velvety body.
We’re brewing this one exclusively on **V60 in the shop**, where its clean profile and layered flavours really shine.
Our barista Alex agrees — once you let the coffee sit on your palate, the fruit really starts to come through… or in his words, “blueberryness”🫐
At Divine, light roasts are our craft — and this one is a perfect example of why. It’s vibrant, refined, and quietly complex without ever trying too hard.
