Lots of bubbly foccacia making this weekend! Did you know foccacia is regional, and typical to find many different varieties depending on the Italian region! I make a classic Foccacia Genovese - light, crisp on the outside and an airy texture! Always topped with Maldon sea salt and rosemary grown in our herb garden.
