Hi everyone, we’ve just had the busiest weekend for orders we’ve ever had since we started roasting coffee.

A huge number of orders have come through from TikTok, which we still can’t quite believe.

We are working our way through them as quickly as we can.

We’ll do our best to get everything out within our normal timeframes, but there may be a couple of days’ delay on some orders.

Thank you so much for your patience and, more importantly, for all the support. It genuinely means a lot to us.

Our coffee recently sold out at Selfridges Oxford Street, and we’re really pleased to say they’ve decided to restock our Signature Blend.

Selfridges are very selective about the brands and products they stock, so getting the initial listing was a big achievement for us. Getting a reorder after selling out feels like an even bigger one.

Over the coming week, you should see GoatHerd Coffee back on the shelf at Oxford Street and available again on Selfridges.com.

If you’re ever in London, go and have a look for us — and if you need some coffee, picking up a bag while you’re there really does help. The more that sells, the better chance we have of keeping our place on the shelf.

Thanks as always for the support!

Sunday coffee check…

How are the beans looking for the week ahead?

If the answer is “we’re nearly out”, this is your reminder to get an order in.

We’ll be back at the roastery tomorrow, firing up the roaster and working through the weekend’s orders — freshly roasting every bag before it heads out to you.

Whether you need your usual favourite or fancy starting the week with something completely new, get your order in tonight and we’ll get it into the roasting queue.

Not sure what to try next? Drop us a comment below, tell us how you make your coffee and what flavours you enjoy, and we’ll suggest a coffee we think you’ll love.

We’re passionate about collaborating with other small businesses and shining a light on the talented people, skills and stories behind what they create.

We’re delighted to be working with the wonderful Michelle, who is creating a brand-new handmade Flat White mug for us. The ceramic you drink from adds so much to the experience of enjoying coffee—the shape, weight, texture and warmth of a handmade mug can transform an everyday cup into a moment to slow down and appreciate.

The finished mug will be paired with an exclusive coffee, bringing together two carefully crafted products in one special release. This collaboration is about more than creating a mug; it’s about supporting independent makers and celebrating the care, passion and craftsmanship behind every product.

Saltwick captured some beautiful images of Michelle at work, and we can’t wait to share more of her story, the creative process and the finished collaboration with you.

Pre-orders will be available soon.

We’re excited to introduce our latest new crop coffee…

Mexico Selección Motozintla Washed

Tasting notes of caramel, wafer, lemon, brown sugar, walnut and creamy chocolate.

Grown high in the mountains of Chiapas between 1,500–1,900 metres, this coffee comes from smallholder farming families who have been cultivating these landscapes for generations. The result is a beautifully balanced cup that’s sweet, smooth and full of character.

Following on from the video, here are a few before and after photos of our 100+ year old Uno Company coffee roaster after its dry ice blast.

The transformation has been incredible. There’s still a little work to do on the gas side, but we’re hoping to have it roasting again very soon.

The first stage of bringing our 100+ year old Uno Company coffee roaster back to life is complete.

After decades of use, the machine was covered in burnt-on coffee oils, carbon and years of built-up grime. Rather than using harsh chemicals or abrasive methods, we had it dry ice blasted by the amazing Antony from JetStream Ice Maidstone (thanks to Chris Hornby for the dry ice suggestion) – and the results speak for themselves.

Just look at the difference. It’s amazing how much of the original machine has been revealed while preserving its character and history.

There’s still the gas side of the restoration to sort out, but we’re hopeful we’ll be up and running soon. Once that’s complete, we’ll finally be able to roast coffee on this incredible piece of British coffee roasting history again.

It’s been an exciting project so far, and we can’t wait to share the first roast with you all. What do you think of the transformation?

We’ve got the opportunity to secure an incredible coffee, but before we commit we’d love to know how many of you would like a bag.

Introducing Guatemala Alfredo Ramírez from Finca Los Pinos.

Guatemalan coffees have been fantastic lately, and this is another one we’re really excited about.

Tasting notes
Peach iced tea, vanilla, berries and chocolate.

What started as a small experiment has become a real passion for Alfredo Ramírez. Just five years ago he planted his first coffee trees to see if coffee would thrive on his land in the mountains of Tectitán, Guatemala. Today, Finca Los Pinos is a 0.88-hectare farm sitting at 2,000 metres above sea level, where Alfredo and his family focus on producing beautifully clean, high-quality coffee.

Farm: Finca Los Pinos
Process: Washed
Altitude: 2,000m

If we go ahead, this coffee will be available in 400g bags for £25. As always, every bag will be roasted to order, and you’ll be able to choose your preferred roast level.

If you’d like us to bring this coffee in, please give this post a thumbs up or leave a comment below.

If there is enough interest we will put the pre-order link live this Wednesday , giving everyone the opportunity to reserve a bag.
