WE’RE HIRING – BARISTA / FRONT OF HOUSE

The Cosy Corner Bistro in Worcester is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Barista / Front of House team member to join our team.

HOURS:
Wednesday–Friday
9:30am–3:30/4:00pm, depending on how busy we are.

There may also be opportunities for additional weekend shifts for the right person, depending on business needs and availability.

This is a relaxed daytime position in a friendly bistro environment.

The role includes:
• Making coffees and hot drinks
• Taking customer orders
• Serving food and drinks
• Clearing and cleaning tables
• Keeping the front of house clean and organised
• Stocking and organising fridges
• Checking and receiving deliveries
• Monitoring stock levels
• Stock rotation and date checking
• General cleaning duties
• Helping with opening and closing duties
• Supporting the kitchen and wider team when needed

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, punctual, organised and happy to work as part of a small team.

Previous café, barista or hospitality experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.

Christmas parties at The Cosy Corner Bistro are now open for bookings!

Whether you’re planning a work Christmas do, staff party, family get-together, festive lunch with friends or a small private celebration, we’d love to welcome you this Christmas.

Our Christmas Party Menu is available from 15th November until 23rd December, with a choice of freshly prepared festive dishes including traditional roast turkey, slow braised beef, roast pork belly, salmon and a vegetarian option, followed by a selection of homemade festive desserts.
