Looking for new opportunities, we have the following positions available at our Thai Restaurant Worcester Uk.

Executive chefs
Head chefs
Sous chefs
Restaurant managers
Head waiters

All positions offer a competitive salary and bonuses

All applicants must have a minimum of three years experience in each position. Overseas applicants will be given assistance in obtaining visa/work permits to enter the UK.

Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily cooking operations.

Training and supervision of staff

Cooking/preparing Thai dishes.

Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.

Creating new dishes and menus.

Interviewing and hiring new kitchen staff.

Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins.

Monitoring and controlling stock levels.

Ensuring correct stock rotation
procedures are followed.

Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.

Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a kitchen work roster.
