✨ A new chapter for the shop ✨

As many of you know, we shared recently that we were looking for someone special to take over the shop as we come to the end of our time here. Well, we’re very happy to finally share that we’ve found her! 💕

From the end of September, the shop will be continuing under the lovely Teagan, and we couldn’t be happier handing it over to her.

We want to reassure all of our wonderful customers that the things you know and love will still be here — your favourite scones, pies, coffees and all the little things that have made the shop so special to us and hopefully to you too! ☕️🧁🥧

We would absolutely love for you to continue supporting the shop and give Teagan the same warm welcome and support that you’ve given us over the years. We’re so excited for her to make it her own and wish her the very best of luck as she begins this new adventure.

For us, this does mean saying goodbye to a very special chapter. We’ve made so many memories, met so many lovely people who have become friends to us and feel incredibly lucky to have had the support of our customers along the way.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of our journey. And please keep supporting the shop, popping in for your flat whites and cheese scones, and welcoming Teagan into the next chapter at The Perfect Shot. We wish Teagan the very best of luck - we hope you love it as much as us. ✨

PLEASE READ: An update from us……..

After a great deal of thought, and much deliberation, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to step away from the shop. We have not taken this decision lightly, but life has taken us in a different direction and due to other commitments, we feel this is the right decision for us.

We have absolutely loved seeing the shop grow from the day we took it on, almost 5 years ago. Back then we really couldn’t have imagined how much this little shop would mean to us. We have the most lovely customers, a lot who have become friends and we really do appreciate every single one of you. Those early mornings have been made so worthwhile when we see your face come through our door again and again, sharing your stories, hearing about your families, celebrations, struggles and all the little things in between. It has always been so much more than just a coffee, you have all made this place what it is and we will really miss that.

This summer will be our last, and while it’s incredibly sad, there is a great opportunity for someone to continue the shops story. We would love to see someone carry on everything we have built. Should you be interested, or know someone who could be please do get in touch asap. The shop provides a huge service to our local community and we would love to help support someone looking to take that step.

Our plan is to finish at the end of September, and we’ll share more updates as we get closer. Meanwhile we are still open as usual so please keep popping in as normal.

Finally, thank you. Thank you for choosing us. Thank you for supporting a small independent business. Thank you for every single coffee bought, every kind word, every recommendation, every smile, and every moment you have shared with us over the last five years. You have given us so much more than a business, you have given us memories we will carry with us forever.
