Whether thou seekest a feast betwixt jousts, a welcome respite from thy adventures or simply fare prepared with care we have thee covered.

Yesterday at Monmouth Carnival I met a family with four children living with milk allergies. It was another reminder that for many families, something as ordinary as going to school or eating out needs constant vigilance.

As a mum myself and through Rebel Phatbreads' commitment to inclusive eating and allergy awareness Benedict's Law is something I support.
No parent should have to worry their child won't be safe in a school

Benedict's Law has come about following the heart breaking death of Benedict Blythe just 5yrs old after exposure to milk at school. It calls for every school to have clear allergy policies, staff training and emergency allergy medication available to help prevent tragedies like this from ever happening again.

As England moves towards implementing these changes, children in Wales deserve the very same protection.

If you agree that every child deserves a safe school environment regardless of where they live please consider signing and sharing the petition.

Because inclusion isn't just about welcoming everyone through the door...it's about making sure they gets home safely too 🫶🏽

Droitwich Spa is hosting its biggest ever comedy festival with an incredible programme of entertainment across the week. Allergies are no laughing matter...So on Saturday Rebel Phatbreads is bringing a line up of allergen free loaded flatbreads, inclusive so everyone can enjoy☺️

The official opening of the Rik Mayall Comedy Festival by the Chairman of Wychavon District Council. Accompanied by the Mayor of Droitwich Spa and a short performance by Mitch Benn.

What a way to start my bank holiday weekend! Weathers looking fab and Rebels on a cheeky pit stop in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire for Saturdays market. Bringing full on Rebel vibes.. Rebel energy and of course allergy free loaded flatbreads to tickle the tastebuds of Monmouth 🤗

What a delightful weekend at the The Allergy & Free From Show. Amongst the warm atmosphere were speakers, cookery demos, new innovative products, I explored, asked many questions, walked and walked. My highlight was meeting with award winning chocolatier BenEllis the story behind his chocolates was for his wife who suffered health issues and chronic inflammation with intolerances to over 200 foods! He wanted her to enjoy SAFE treats 🩷.
I purchased a box and well...☺️.The show will return to Birmingham NEC next year. Yeay!

I feel compelled to share the April edition from the The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation Amongst a host of insightful articles one in particular shone through: The introduction of the UK’s first National Allergy Strategy marking a massive step in the right direction. For so many people who live with not just food allergies this is more than just progress on paper. Its well overdue acknowledgment of a growing crisis offering real hope for a more coordinated, effective and compassionate response moving forward. Get reading...get involved! 🫶🏽

What a month it has been, from powerful moments of progress in Westminster to inspiring fundraising efforts across the country, your support continues to help drive real change for everyone living with food allergies.
