Thankful Thursday!

As we know, not everyone who enquires goes ahead and books us - this is a much smaller number now than it used to be, thanks to our improved website, marketing and the introduction of the pricing webpage.

However, what blows us away is that most of those enquiries who don't go ahead, always have such wonderful things to say about the service they receive even in that short space of time that we are in contact. Some send emails, messages or even leave us 5 star reviews!

A huge thank you goes to those enquiries who, even though they have chosen not to go ahead and book us, they still take the time to reply, update us and let us know their decision - this means the world to a small, independent business as it saves us wondering and chasing unnecessarily- plus it's just common courtesy to let us know... a simple "thanks, but no thanks" is much better than simply ghosting us.

So, earlier this week we asked you how many burgers you thought we grilled in the month of July?

Well here comes the answer...

Thank you to those who took part and had a guess.

July was actually a much lower number than you all predicted- and much lower than our other months this year... 265!

Our clients opted for chicken, ribs and sausages this July instead!
