I handmade the wedding dress and suit toppers from fondant, and printed the other toppers on edible icing 🧁

I have a social event tomorrow, so it would be rude not to take a dessert wouldn't it!

It's a strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake. The cheesecake has fresh strawberries in, along with white chocolate and freeze dried strawberries.

I've decorated it with more strawberries, white chocolate and freeze dried strawberries.

Should I offer cheesecakes as part of my bakery? 🍓

Well, I've had a sudden influx of new followers, so I thought I'd do a post to introduce myself and to show you all some of my favourite bakes!

I'm Zoe, and I live in Winsford. I moved back about 4.5 years ago after living in Manchester for 9 years. I just missed the place!

I've been baking for well over 10 years just for family and friends, but last year I was unhappy in my job and I decided to take the plunge and try and do this for a living! 😬 it was a big risk, but it seems to being going well so far!

As well as baking I love cats, gardening, and I'm a massive nature nerd 😊 I've always been "arty" and was constantly drawing and painting as a child. I love doing anything creative.

I'm a serial worrier, a perfectionist, and my own worst critic! But I'm slowly learning to accept compliments and slowly building up my belief in myself 🥰 I am super critical of my work and don't have a lot of faith in my abilities, but I'm working on this!
