There isn't a glut of many vegetables this year, surprise! But we have lots of courgettes, some of which have been used for today's veggie option for our takeaways. Courgette and parmesan gratin. The meat option is our own steak and kidney pie, both served with freshly dug new potatoes and veg. Not much more providence than that.

The oldest sw***er in town, but I'm not talking about Sophie! The oldest tractor on the farm and they're all old. However, it doesn't matter, how big or how new, it's that great big ball of fire in the sky that enables it all to happen.
