Kaffir and grapefruit cured salmon // pickled daikon// apple dashi
Starter for this weekend's valentines menu. Salmon lightly cured in smoked sea salt, citrus, kaffir and grapefruit. Paired with an apple dashi full of umami flavours and a light pickled daikon salad. We hope you feel the love with this one. We definitely put all our love into it!
