We would like to thank everybody for their ongoing help & support following the loss of our son, Derrion.

Without you guys, I would have been at even more of a loss during this truly testing time.

We are now back open as usual from Thurs-Sun 12-10pm weekly and we look forward to seeing you all over the coming days/weeks.

INTRODUCING OIL DOWN FRIDAY...

We often get asked if we serve Oil Down here at Ting n Ting and due to it's long cooking process, it is not a regular option on our menu so, moving forward and with PRE-ORDERS ONLY, we will be introducing our OIL DOWN FRIDAY on the last Friday of each month, starting FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST 2025.

Oil Down is the national dish of Grenada. A hearty one-pot stew featuring a variety of ingredients like breadfruit, salted meat, chicken, dumplings and callaloo, all simmered in fresh coconut milk with herbs and spices.

Remember this is pre-order only so, please get your orders in by 22nd August for the first ever Oil Down Friday on Friday 29th August!
