Thank you to everyone that came to the first of many supper club collaborations at my new bakery school location in North Shields.
It was great to see familiar faces, new faces and both Andy and I really appreciate your support.
It's great to be hosting these intimate events once again.

The first group workshop, celebrating the humble however valuable scone this weekend.
These baked goods are probably the most important bake in English culture, they offer comfort, conversation and are utterly delicious.
Eight super ladies, one teacher and everyone baked beautifully.
Oh and a lovely, rather super talented actress joined in too! Thank you ladies & Jill Halfpenny
We stopped for hot tea, strawberry jam & clotted cream.

Today was the first group workshop since opening with some incredible, lovely ladies.
We had a wonderful time learning, baking and eating scones.

62 Saville St North Shields.
A week ago today I signed the lease and a whole new adventure awaits.

The Bakery School is a unique space to teach, demonstrate and a lot more to come.

Unfortunately I'm unable to answer all your lovely comments & questions but rest assured classes will be advertised via social media in the coming months.
