✨What a night! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this Bank Holiday Sunday for our exclusive takeover with Chef Varun Khanna, Head Chef at Rhubarb Harrogate.

Varun’s “North meets East” philosophy truly shone through - a 9 course tasting menu celebrating world-class Yorkshire produce reimagined through a modern Indian lens. From Sykes House Farm lamb to Wagyu, monkfish vadouvan to that incredible Thai curry ice-cream finish, every course told its own story.

Thank you to Varun & team for bringing the creativity and skill to our table, and to everyone who spent the evening with us - it was a truly special one.

✨Exciting news!! Chef Ben Moore will be back at Method with an evening of Asian Fusion on Friday 25th September✨

Join us to enjoy a special five-course tasting menu, inspired by bold Asian flavours and seasonal ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with drinks to complement the menu and enhance the experience.

With only limited tickets available, this is a truly intimate dining experience. Guests can choose between a front-row seat at the Chef’s Table or a spot at our communal dining tables to enjoy a vibrant tasting menu. Every dish is a journey, with Chef Ben sharing the unique stories and inspirations behind each course as they arrive.

Meet Connie – one of our smallest (and mightiest!) fans!

Connie’s Dad, David, is one of our regular Sykes House Farm & Method customers, and she recently joined us for a Burger. B**r. Better Wednesday night.

Last weekend, Connie was out helping her Dad cook and serve sausages at TABS Cricket Club, rocking her Method apron loud and proud 🧑‍🍳💛

She’s already told us what she wants next… a Mini Chef Masterclass, designed just for little ones to get hands-on in the kitchen, Method-style.

🔥What a weekend! A huge thank you to Adam Jackson and the team for two absolutely incredible guest chef nights here at Method 🙌

From the first course to the last, it was a true celebration of the best of Yorkshire, from farm to plate - with every dish showcasing Adam's skill and creativity. Such a special atmosphere both evenings
