Hi guys, some of you may already know but due to circumstances out of our control we have had to unfortunately shut the doors on Bar Loaded for the last time.

We know that this is how some of you had been paying your West End Barbell gym memberships but as we won’t be in the shop we can no longer do this. You can still pay either of us via Cash, or by Bank Transfer.
Once things have settled the option to pay via card payments might return but as of right now it's cash or Bank Transfer ONLY. If you wish to do bank transfer please contact us and we will send the necessary information.

Regarding West End Barbell

We are
currently thinking about offering a key holder membership , which will
mean that you will have a key and be able to take advantage of extended
hours.

Proposed hours and price would be:

£45.00 per month 2 month (trial period)

6am – 10pm Monday – Friday (3 hours extra)

8am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday (4 hours extra)

There would obviously be strict noise rules surrounding gym usage within the extended opening hours!

Do you want a good program to follow in the gym?

You’re not sure about paying for a PT coz you’re not sure if they know what they’re doing anyway ? (looking at them lol)

Well we have Off the peg programmes available from The Bar Loaded website that will suit most gym goers that have a decent gym knowledge .

Currently we have :
4 day split
Squat, bench and deadlift specialisation, obviously SBD combined and a great arms program to grow those gunz!
All come with free email support for one month after date of purchase.

There will be more programmes to come in the future that will hopefully accommodate most busy lifestyles out there.
