Our flakes are a blend of several different cocoa beans which give a rich and sumptuous taste. Coming in a wide range of flavours, this hot chocolate collection takes things to the next level.

Our black forest hot chocolate recipe is specially crafted to give a smooth cherry flavour.

This pack contains 250g of chocolate flakes, enough for roughly 8 mugs of hot chocolate.

No nuts are used in our production process.

Peru 🇵🇪 Hot Chocolate This Peruvian hot chocolate is organically certified by the Soil Association. San Martín is located in the North of Peru in the Amazonian rainforest at the foothills of the Andes and is often cited as the historical root of cocoa trees, having been cultivated for more than 3000 years by local indigenous communities.
This Organic Hot Chocolate from Peru is a delicate hot chocolate with 70% cocoa, with perfectly balanced flavours and notes of strawberry jam and cherry. Simply melt a few tablets in a cup with hot water, and add hot milk.

Venezuela is a light hot chocolate with 58% cocoa - light and sweet with fruity notes.
Sourced from the regions Sucre, Sur de Lago and Barlowento, this Venezuelan cocoa used is a mix of Criollo and Trinitario beans. Made with Crillo and Trinitario cocoa, this is a sophisticated milk chocolate, with bright fruit notes and a caramel-like sweetness to bring balance.

Amaze with the most iconic white chocolate.
Recipe N° W2 is another one of Octaaf Callebaut's original recipes that has grown into many chefs' preferred chocolate. This chocolate is as Belgian as can be, since it's predominately made with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets.

Did you know that ‘espresso’ is a type of coffee too? It is just how it is prepared, aka the process of preparation that sets it apart from others!

In general, espresso involves dark roast, fine grind, and high pressure to create a shot or an ounce of concentrated coffee.

A popular way to consume this in Europe is without lait or milk. In North America, particularly in the USA and Canada, we add a shot to our beverage (like coffee with 2 milk and 2 sugar, with a shot of espresso, if you will!).
